(i) PowerLock Smart Locking Systems Manager: Power Computers Telecom Ltd
I helped to establish the smart locks product, including contract negotiation with vendors,
imports, training, business development, installation, CRM, administration, support, accounting
and product development.
Over 250 smart locks installed in 6 properties around Tanzania.
(ii) PowerTrack GPS Tracking Systems Manager: Power Computers Telecom Ltd
I helped to establish this GPS tracking service, including contract negotiation with vendors,
imports, training, business development, installation, CRM, administration, support, accounting
and product development.
Over 250 tracking systems installed in over 20 companies spread around Tanzania.
January 2007 to April 2010:
Analyst/Programmer/Consultant: Power Computers Telecom Ltd
Systems Analyst, Database Analyst, VB6 Programmer with SQL Server and Crystal Reports.
Also handling project supervision functions and coordinating programmers. This software
house has a portfolio of several business information systems such as for hotels, schools,
hospitals, pharmacies, bureaux de change, inventory, fixed assets, etc.
Developed a Hotel Management Information System and a Fixed Assets Management
Information System. Currently involved in other major development projects.
In April 2008, I launched and managed two new products; PowerTrack - a web-based service
to track vehicles using GPS / GPRS; and PowerLock; is a suite of digital door-locks targeted at
the hotel industry.
I was also an analyst and project manager for a large project to automate one of the largest
family entertainment park in Tanzania.

AssetManager: A comprehensive solution which maintains a full inventory of all past and present
fixed assets, a choice of several depreciation formulas, scenario feature for various
depreciation choices, reporting capabilities, interface to common accounting systems to
upload/download transactions, picture saving for each asset and asset category, etc.
PrintCosting: A costing and quoting application for printing press operators who spend time
doing computations manually. Features a comprehensive database of all related data.
Generates Quotations, Order Confirmations and Job Cards, on plain or printed paper, or saves
them to Word.
AutoDealer: A stock and expense tracker for motor car importers and dealers.
