Appointed to lead and manage the startup of the business operations office and a $2.6 million operating budget, developing operational processes including IT, finance, human resources and facilities management. Led phase 2 expansion, accommodating 307 students and 58 staff members within 5 years.

Drove administrative efficiencies though leading the project management of upgrading servers, computers and switches from the due diligence to equipment procurement and installation. Coordinated the communication between stakeholders, supervised the external IT provider to identify upgrade requirements, procured equipment and supervised installation of the hardware and software.

Generated $25,000 in annual school grants enabling school to meet budgetary revenue requirements. Developed grant submittal process and communicated with the appropriate grant institutions to ensure completeness of submittals and timely disbursements.

Developed process flow and instrumentation diagrams, hydraulic and line sizing calculations, equipment design and specification, and utility summaries.

Developed computer software package to calculate chemical heat and material balances, and heat exchanger sizing used in the design of ROSE units.

Process Equipment Manufacturing Company. Developed design specifications for the fabrication of process equipment utilized in chemical, gas processing, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and pollution control industries.
