Drove administrative efficiencies though leading the project management of upgrading servers, computers and switches from the due diligence to equipment procurement and installation. Coordinated the communication between stakeholders, supervised the external IT provider to identify upgrade requirements, procured equipment and supervised installation of the hardware and software.
