* Chaired process improvement teams that led to the elimination of a $120K + back log while reducing labor and maintaining a 100% OTD rating by utilizing lean manufacturing techniques such as Theory Of Constraints, value stream mapping, Spaghetti Diagrams and developing processes that support standard operating procedures.

* Lead (a one of a kind in the world) vacuum assisted resin transfer molding process improvement initiative that maximized throughput >100% consistently.

* Developed initiatives that led to the reduction of overtime by approx. $550k from 2007 to 2008 with essentially the same amount of sales.

* Eliminated past dues over three processes that exceeded $150K while eliminating overtime as well as maintaining a 98%
