Hire, train, and supervise full-time crew of 25; instituted internship programfor students from
accredited universities and provide great work experience
Communicate daily with the Director of Golf and General manager to provide excellent golf
and club experience desired by membership
Purchase modern and cutting edge turf equipment on an annual basis that keep the standards
at The Seawane Golf Club above and beyond the rest
Design and install all irrigation updated and improvements with in-house maintenance staff
Supervised $3.5m golf course restoration project the included bunker reconstruction, complete tee

Directed the installation of 2 new Flowtronex irrigation pumps and state-of-the-art gasoline/diesel
