Help manage the content for the National Geographic, Discovery Channel, PBS and PBS Kids, Major League Baseball, and Content Media networks. I am also responsible for a few smaller movie studios which are Cinetic/Filmbuff Studios and Snagfilms. o Responsible for scheduling/updating 90-100 different T.V. episodes on our weekly content publishing calendar. Just finished our first quarterly for next year which contained 70 brand new seasons, most seasons averaging about 10-15 episodes.

o Communicate with our internal archives and encoding teams to ensure timeliness. Quick to re-order any video files that are not up to Zune standards, will not let consumers purchase low grade products.

o Contact providers on a daily basis via email and take on weekly calls to plan for bigger future events. Helped plan and deliver National Geographic and PBSs international launch into Australia and England. Streamlined the launch by answering any questions and providing any assistance to our content specialists, this eliminated any errors and was able to deliver the launch on time.

o Ensure cross-group collaboration, communication, and eye for detail is at its highest so providers are satisfied and customers can experience a stress free time in the Zune Marketplace.

o Successfully published 400 different pieces of content within first two months of my start date. Surpassed immediate expectations and was rewarded with a 5% raise. Monthly metrics were steadily on an upward trend, consistently upheld a 90% efficiency rate and less than 1% margin of error.

o Mastered our internal proprietary publishing tool.
