As Owner and President of Campbell`s Underground Inc, for 15 years, I managed staff (up to 250) and operations (annual revenues that range from $1.8 to $18 Million) and built the company from the bottom up into a multi-million entity. As owner, I oversaw all facets of development including establishing the company`s financial backbone, securing investments, recruiting, training and managing top performing staff. I was able to secure contracts with leading energy, telecommunications, real estate development corporations and municipalities.
Prior to starting Campbell`s Underground, I built and operated Hole in One Boring and Three C Services creating and managing the day-to-day operations of the businesses with revenues in excess of $18 Million. I am a seasoned business veteran, who above all, knows what it takes to run a business. Throughout my career, I have always strived for excellence and maintained the unwavering belief that everyone has the capacity for greatness.
