effectively with GTE engineers, GTE corporate
leadership, and potential Cypriot customer
* Orchestrated a US fact-finding trip and

telecommunication satellite earth station to
Cypriot telecom firm

* To convince the utility that American poles were
efficient than the creosote poles the utility had
purchased from Europe for over 30 years
* To persuade utility to modify wood species
specifications from European to US standards so
that the utility could use the US-manufactured
wood poles
