Skilled caregiver for your loveone(s). Will provide skilled care for those in need of:

* Assistance for Daily Living

* Medication

* Fall Prevention

* Dementia related issues, and the need to orient the client to day, place, and people on a daily bases.

My qualification are as follows:

* LPN by state of Florida

* Valid CPR

* Certification for Dementia/Alzhiemers I understand that it is different for each person and the care must be personalized for the individual.

* Varifable experience in the nursing field over 12yrs.

I will also provide transportation to appointments, light housekkeeping, and meals. 24 hour care is also available (with the group of caregivers that also has over 25 years of caregiving experience).
