SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

LOGISTICS (WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT): Apply strategic decisions and direction to facilitate multiple logistical projects in combination with a well-balanced and extremely organized warehousing management system. TRAINING AND LEADERSHIP: Set high performance standards and facilitate training directives to ensure performance enhancements, parallel procedures and keep personnel aware of new procedures. Develop and author lesson training guides using engineering training blueprints for instruction.

Responsible for a 44 dock door, 110,250 square foot warehouse. Manages the direction and coordination of all warehousing activities which include receiving, storage, movement and shipment of customer merchandise and maintenance of related records. Oversaw the successful startup of the Georgia operation and 8 new accounts since 2007
