Contacted mobile welding and fabrication service working in several states Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Jobs lasting from 2weeks to 8months. Containers services we offer: refurbishing front load, rear load, self contained compactors, open top roll off containers and stationary compactors that are to big to move also repairing truck compactor boxes, roll off beds. Examples would be replacing bottoms on front and rear load containers, replacement of floors and repairing doors and slide rails on roll off containers, trucks most commonly need floors replaced or repaired,replacement of tracks and or ware strips and blades repaired by replacing shoes or whole foot assemble that rides on track we also add sweeper to blade in some cases.to keep trash from behind blades,we also do special fabrication in some cases to equipment at customers request and painting of containers and trucks.

Material Handler Responsibility: Servicing all production lines that produce finished packaged products using clamp truck or fork lift, scanning finished product label and entering into on board computer when delivering to location, very busy job, responsible for finished product on 3 to 5 lines on one end of the building and 5 to 7 lines on other side of building, most finished product needed to be shrink wrapped on automated shrink wrapping machines before being put in to locations, odd quantity had to be delivered to hand pick area's. there were shipping/receiving responsibility, we didn't run shipping/receiving on 2nd shift but there were over laps from first shift, trucks coming in late and other misc. tasks they could ask me to do just about anything on a regular basis which i enjoyed knowing they could count on me.There was no direct supervision on 2nd shift i knew what to do and if there were any problems i couldn't handle i could call my supervisor at home,this rarely happened . I was bumped off this job after about 2yrs a previous employee got bumped back to there previous job,shipping/receiving wanted to keep me and they created a shipping job to keep me on 2nd shift as i already knew the job and had already been handling the job with with minimum supervision. I've worked many jobs with in Hart & Cooley these experience may over described to get my experiences explained to whom ever may read this.

Operated various:punch presses, bump presses, forming plate's and different fitting, setting up dies and safety guards before running sample parts to make sure parts are being formed correctly and safety equipment is working correctly before starting production and re checking parts at regular intervals

inspecting using a go no go gage and sample part that it would be fitted to be completed, when parts are finished they get labeled with finished part number and quantity on tag that is attached to basket,material handler is called to pick up and area is to be cleaned up and supervisor moves you to the next hot job. This is press room. Also worked in Metal Vent this is different department where vent pipe and other fittings are made on a production line with 8 to 9 workers: forming, embossing, assembling different size pipe and then packaging, labeling and calling material handler to receive product and put in to inventory, each line has a setup person that handles all tooling and makes sure everything is running properly and with in tolerance.
