Oct 2004 - Feb 2009: President, National Voter Outreach (MI).
Planned and executed strategic operations for up to 16 political campaigns simultaneously; successfully completing over 400 complex political campaigns in my career. As president, I surveyed ever-changing, complex environments to anticipate emerging crises and opportunities. Developed positioning strategies that were sensitive to multiple stakeholders, partners, and vendors in multi-million dollar projects. Cultivated well-informed counsel and effective management teams. Company spokesperson: Attended various candidate and political functions, navigated press and complex legal issues. Traveled extensively, leading national and regional management and technical teams through political project phases, managing up to 10 million dollars and more than 3,000 workers nationally.
Sept 1993- Sept 2004: VP of Operations, National Voter Outreach (NV).
IT Development: Planned, developed and oversaw the technological transformation of a paper system into an online, real time database system that included voter registries of 43 states. Utilized Delphi Methodology to guide significant on-going IT development, enhancement and maintenance efforts for national usage affecting 200 end users. Project Tactical Planning: Analyzed research, identified scope, established goals and objectives, developed detailed project schedules, and created project teams. Project Management: Analyzed risks and contingency plans, assigned resources. Proactively provided expertise, resolved questions and concerns. Managed network of 1500 campaign workers on multiple projects in multiple states. Responsible for moving and tracking an average of 6 million dollars to field workers per season. Controlled Outcomes: Monitored tracking and outcome systems and budgets for multiple millions of signatures and dollars. Communicated regularly with Candidates and Political Action Committees as well as contractors and political operatives. Ensured achievement and compliance with all government regulations on both the state and federal level. Managed conflict resolution issues between management vendors, and government employees.
Dec 1989 - Sept 1992: Executive Assistant, Quality Control Manager, National Voter Outreach (CA).
Implemented and communicated operation directives to field management teams in excess of 2,500 workers. Researched and compiled written directives: job descriptions, set up instructions, budgets, reports, campaign proposals, draft documents, contracts, and agreements. Measured actual performance against project plans and budgets and made recommendations for adjustments consistent with plan objectives. Acted as a liaison between the technical teams, project leadership teams and management for multi-million dollar projects. Made arrangements for a wide variety of meetings from political conferences with several hundred attending. Prepared and distributed daily and monthly project reports and financial statements for up to two dozen simultaneous campaign projects. Maintained vendor lists, state election lists, departmental databases and project progress files. Managed office staff: Planned and produced training materials and various training sessions and seminars, oversaw payroll and human resource functions for several hundred contractors and or employees. Created various computer systems in Microsoft Access to track campaign progress, various state wide practices and regulations, and vendor and company performance.
May 1985 - Apr 1986: Phone Room Supervisor, Gordon & Schwenkmeyer, Inc. (CA). Trained and managed 60 fundraisers and support staff. Designed and contributed to the revision and development of templates, checklists, spreadsheets, scripts and other tools used to manage and administer all aspects of the business operations unit. Prepared, analyzed daily fundraising reports, scheduled changes and managed all human resources.
Oct 1983- May 1984: Deputy Director of Field Operations, Kimball Petition Management (CA). Primary point of contact and communication for network of 2000 field workers coordinating technical and geographical aspects of work for the successful completion of projects as planned, on time, and within budget.

Voice of the Martyrs – (2004- present) Active member of Be-a-voice Network. Local project coordinator for VOM’s Sudan Blanket Drive in 2007.
Community Project Coordinator - (2009) envisioned, planned, recruited, and organized (through news media, and church networking) the community at large to come together over a weekend to rebuild a local uninsured home that had been destroyed by fire.
