Providing Parking Services and solutions for people and their vehicles. Managing both covered and outdoor parking lots. Providing contractual management of mall and facility parking areas.

Operations Manager

Directed all aspects of the day to day operations of the Parking Services Division within Canada. In charge of the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of this business unit. This division was responsible for revenue processing and posting for the entire company.

Spotlighted Achievements:

- Stream lined the operating budget of the division by lowering the manpower budget while maximizing employee productivity.

- Outsourced third party vendors who could provide more cost efficient services to the department office such as janitorial and office supplies.
