Outstanding High Volume Cook Needs FT/PT work (Hartford area)

20+ years of high volume cooking, Marriott Veteran, but a temp action cook and sous chef, I have worked on long term assignments in

most of if not larger corporate cafeteria, ie, Travelers and Aramark, Cigna and Aramark, The Hartford, Pratt and Whitney and others.

I have a chef in a Colorado "Black Angus" steak and seafood house - fine diniing and have worked casual theme restaurants like Olive

Garden and was a GM for Friendly and have owned my own fine dine seafood restaurant in Texa. Have years of Hotel GM experiene

with Marriott Residence Inn.

My culinary skills are outstanding and am close to my CEC, team player and multi-tasker. I can fast track and differenntly above the

knowledge of an enty cook who needs weeks of training. Grill, Deli, Classic sauces and love to cook from fresh.
