Consultant for the following projects (Completed):
Natural Agriculture Research Project (NARP) awarded to ICS
Technologies, Inc. (ICS) by the U.S. Agency for international Development
(USAID). The client in this project was the Egyptian ministry of
agriculture. The project was focusing on agriculture labs where many
different advanced systems were installed in these labs accompanied with
intensive training programs on these systems.
Healthy Mother Healthy Child project (HMHC) awarded to ICS
Technologies, Inc. (ICS) by the U.S. Agency for international Development
(USAID). The client in this project was the Egyptian health ministry. This
project had many objectives to enhance the quality of service in hospitals.
Many medical devices installed accompanied by training the medical staff.
Computerized Billing System project (CBS) awarded to ICS
Technologies, Inc. (ICS) by the U.S. Agency for international Development
(USAID). Great Cairo water sector was the client in this project. The aim of
this project is to develop the old manual system of acquiring data about
customers consumption of water to a new advanced complete billing
system which includes computerized hand held devices and very advanced
billing software. The project includes also networks in three locations. The
entire employees were trained on the new system.
