Directs, maintains and is fiscally responsible for all cash and investments. Financially plans and oversees all capital expenditures, which has included a recent $4 million new police building and a $13.8 million expansion to the Water Reclamation Plant. Responsible for the General Ledger, inventories and all fixed assets. Administers and oversees payroll, accounts receivables, accounts payables and union contracts. Oversees and successfully maintains all City audits; implements all changes in accounting standards.

Directed all day-to-day primary finishing operations of this medical device manufacturing facility, which produced over 4 million units annually. Established solid vendor relationships, performed master scheduling of all products, achieved a 10-year record of error free Good Manufacturing audits.
