OBJECTIVE

To find a position that will prove to be rewarding and challenge my skills. The desired position will include the ability to advance according to work performance. The belief that hard work will get you where you want to be has proven to be true in my own work experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

I have the ability to work with others in a team environment, as well as the ability to lead a team. My experience has also allowed me to work independently. Because of the nature of my previous positions, I learned to do multiple jobs such as Labor and Cash Management, Project Management, Mailing, Shipping & Receiving, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Inventory Control. I am very knowledgeable regarding computer hardware and software. My experience with software includes Microsoft Office Suite, AccPac Plus and AccPac Advantage accounting software, Mailshop, Cypress, UPS and FedEx shipping systems, and Pitney Bowes Mailer to name a few. I am also an OSHA certified forklift, walkie stacker and picker operator. Additionally I have a Class E (chauffeurs) driver`s license to allow me to drive a commercial vehicle. I also have multiple certifications through the United States Postal Service.

EXPERIENCE

6/21/2004 TO PRESENT Centene Corporation MDC Brentwood, MO

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Began as Inventory Handler with responsibilities that included purchasing, receiving, shipping, and inventory control. Daily duties included ordering and restocking supplies for print operators, inserters and special service positions. Also receiving and verifying all incoming shipments, scheduling and packaging of all outgoing mailings and shipments. Cycle counts were done quarterly. I took an interest in learning the other jobs at the MDC and as a result I learned to operate a Pitney Bowes Flowmaster Inserter FL80, a NeoPost SI92 Inserter, a Rena Imager Inkjet, various Canon, Ricoh and Konica laser printers and other equipment. These abilities allowed me to be promoted to Production Supervisor in April 2008. This position required me to supervise 10 employees; the scheduling of the daily workload as well as managing the responsibilities of my previous position. In June 2012 I was promoted again to my current position, Production Manager. My responsibilities include scheduling the day to day jobs to ensure that the deadlines are met, managing the warehouses, inventory levels, labor and equipment management. I currently manage 7 employees; manage 2 warehouses and multiple projects every day. I work closely with our Account Managers to schedule and coordinate our workload to meet the required deadlines. We mail well over 17 million pieces of mail a year as well as printing well over 25 million pieces a year. We print, mail, and fulfill for every department in the company. Some of the projects I oversee are 1099`s to providers every January, production of the RFP`s, Start Smart packets and monthly provider and member mailings.

9/1/2003 TO 6/1/2004 Tacony Corporation Fenton, MO

WAREHOUSE

Fill customer orders daily to meet required daily shipment times. Count and verify inventory counts as needed. Stock incoming materials in designated locations.

9/1/1998 TO 8/1/2003 Hypercom Corp, d.b.a. The Horizon Group St Louis, MO

INVENTORY CONTROL/PURCHASING/RECEIVING MANAGER

Started as a shipping clerk, within a year I was promoted to Receiving Manager. November 1999 promoted again to Purchasing Manager/Split Fund Coordinator. Responsibilities included purchasing of all inventory, parts & supplies, office supplies, negotiating of long term contracts, etc. I was also responsible for approving all account payables, and monitoring costs. The Split Funding Position was to assist customers in getting approval for lease financing on equipment/service purchases. In addition to purchasing, I volunteered to oversee the Encryption department that had a total labor turnover in July 2002. This involved injecting encrypted keys into credit card terminals for various bank processors. November 2002 promoted to Inventory Control Manager, this including managing about $6 million dollars of inventory in a FIFO system. At the same time I took over Inventory Control, our company was undergoing an operating system changeover. We purchased the AccPac Plus Accounting and Inventory Management software. Because the lack of sufficient IT staff, I was put in charge of the WMS (Warehouse Management System) software including supervision/maintenance of the server on which the information was stored. We did a monthly cycle count for which I was the coordinator between all the involved departments. This position also required communication and assistance with all of the departments in the company including inside/outside sales, Accounting, Deployment, Order Entry/Invoicing and Shipping/Receiving.

10/1/1995 TO 3/1/1998 Einstein Brothers Bagels St Louis, MO

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Hired as a baker and promoted to trainer by early 1996. May 1996 transferred to the commissary where we were responsible for the daily preparation and delivery of food for the 13 local stores. December 1996 promoted to Commissary Manager which included purchasing and inventorying food for the local stores as well as labor management. August 1997 promoted to Assistant Store Manager. My responsibilities included purchasing, inventory, labor/cash management, sales tracking and usage/waste tracking.
