* Designed on-boarding process for the surgical ICU expansion

project to orient 12 RNs over 3 months using preceptors from

outcome based pre-hire screening.

* Led a hospital-wide supply cost reduction initiative,

increasing saline infusion hang time, based on literature /

research evidence that resulted in $100,000 savings.
