refuse collection and customer service standards.

- Compile monthly reports to document route productivity, revenue, and disposal

costs.

- Interview and hire new route drivers.

payments and resolve issues.

- Directed a 25-man maintenance staff and $1M per year warehouse supply and

maintenance operation in support of 1,100+ rental units in the state of SD.

- Interviewed and hired personnel to include management positions.

- Maintained standards to meet federal and state Housing Authority regulations.

- Assessed needs, bid, contracted, and allocated resources to manage projects to

completion. Netted 40% reduction in supply costs, 30% reduction in manpower, and

increased tenant occupancy rate from 38 to 98% during tenure.

- Enforced safety plan in compliance with applicable OSHA standards, conducted worker

- Supervised 120 technicians ensuring accurate completion of scheduled and

unscheduled maintenance on 16 B-1 aircraft valued at $4.4B.

- Managed AF Supply System, $4.5M in support equipment, and operational stocks

valued at $500K in support of wing mission requirements.

- Safety Director in numerous assignments throughout career, highly familiar with OSHA

regulations and environmental compliance issues.

- Electro-Environmental system career field technician. Inspected, analyzed, and repaired 5

different types of aircraft in the AF inventory. Trained and certified new personnel.
