- Maintained standards to meet federal and state Housing Authority regulations.
- Assessed needs, bid, contracted, and allocated resources to manage projects to
completion. Netted 40% reduction in supply costs, 30% reduction in manpower, and
increased tenant occupancy rate from 38 to 98% during tenure.

- Supervised 120 technicians ensuring accurate completion of scheduled and

valued at $500K in support of wing mission requirements.
- Safety Director in numerous assignments throughout career, highly familiar with OSHA
regulations and environmental compliance issues.
- Electro-Environmental system career field technician. Inspected, analyzed, and repaired 5
