Master craftsmen on constructing and repair of Slidewinder boats. I took the lead role in the research and development of building new boats for this ride. This was a cost savings of thousands of dollars and downtime for the company. I also helped during the off season in the construction of new projects. High risk rides mechanic also taking the lead in reducing down time and improving safety by implementing changes in electrical devices like hard wire of sensors to quick connects.
