All aspects of this 4 outlet restaurant operation I retooled and directed these concepts to a staggering growth of one million dollars per year. Co-designed and developed a thirteen million dollar renovation of all concepts. After this retooling and redesign of these concepts, the operations have been rated best in guest satisfaction for the past two years in the EPCOT resort.
