Experience:
Sold Electrolux Vacuums door-to-door made 3rd highest producer in 1 mo Sold Real Estate in Kokomo, Ind. and in 3 mos. made top salesman in office. . ... Became manager over 10 sales people. Quit after getting bored.
Spent 6 years selling, hiring and training sales people to sell encyclopedias in a 3 state area.
Got married and decided to quit traveling,
Got a job selling mobile homes, in Elwood, Ind. and became manager over 3 lots w/in 6 mos.
2 years later I started my own mobile home dealership, (LEISURE LIVING, Inc.), later added Rec. Vehicles, and formed Diversified Development Co. to build and erect modular homes on private properties, build garages, Florida Rooms, etc. onto the side . . ..Later developed Holiday Manor Estates (A retirement sub-division), utilizing mfr. Houses on concrete foundations, or basements all sold by Leisure Living, Inc..
After 19 successful years I sold out and moved to Florida, where I later started "Opportunity PLUS" selling various Business Opp's. to entrepreneurs, helping with their finances, training them how to become a successful entrepreneur. I shut this down in 2011 due to the economy.
I am old enough to be retired, but too healthy and ambitious to call it quits. I would like to become affiliated with a company or entity, that is legitimate, credible, and offers a product or service which offers a useful or needed property to the purchaser. (Must be a WIN WIN WIN situation). Good old-fashioned salesmanship, where professionalism is needed, is sadly lacking today.(There are a lot of companies who NEED a SERVICE oriented representative and I serve this purpose). My service does not stop after a signed contract,. . .. it starts then.
I am NOT interested in an affiliation with MLM schemes, nor Insurance. I have held Ins. Licenses, and also been a licensed stockbroker, but I prefer to put my experience to good use in the retail field without having to re-new or apply for new license, but prefer selling that qualifies for "K.I.S.S". (Keep it simple Stupid)
