Project manager for the North Springfield Sustainable Energy Project, a project of Concord, MA based
developer, Winstanley Enterprises. NSSEP is a $150 million, 25 to 35 MW biomass electric generating
facility in development in North Springfield, Vermont, that would provide base load electricity and a
number of economic development opportunities for the State of Vermont.
Lead business person on development team developing project financial analyses.
Managing all activities related to shepherding a successful permitting process including selecting and
managing technical and environmental team of consultants, developing working relationships with
State Agencies, Administration cabinet members, Regulatory agencies, Legislators, House
Committees and local economic development authorities.
