Partner 2010-present, No. Springfield, VT and Hanover, NH

Project manager for the North Springfield Sustainable Energy Project, a project of Concord, MA based

developer, Winstanley Enterprises. NSSEP is a $150 million, 25 to 35 MW biomass electric generating

facility in development in North Springfield, Vermont, that would provide base load electricity and a

number of economic development opportunities for the State of Vermont.

Lead business person on development team developing project financial analyses.

Managing all activities related to shepherding a successful permitting process including selecting and

managing technical and environmental team of consultants, developing working relationships with

State Agencies, Administration cabinet members, Regulatory agencies, Legislators, House

Committees and local economic development authorities.

NSA INDUSTRIES, LLC

$30 million sheet metal fabrication and precision machining business with 250 employees serving the

Northeast region s leading manufacturers. Joined Company to build a management team, establish

financial controls and to define and execute a growth plan after business was purchased from founder

through a leveraged buyout in late 2007.

Moved company away from its historical job shop orientation on to a path to become a full service
