Experience;

2006-2012 - Corporate Procurement Manager, MRO - Niagara Bottling LLC

Sourced, negotiated and purchased capital equipment, machine overhaul parts and service labor, developed supplier database, negotiated partnership agreements, service agreements. Sole liaison with major OE on two new high speed production lines, tracking warranty claims, maintenance and spares transactions, asset management. Trained and audited each new facility (9 as of 2012) team members, set up stockroom, replenishment process, procurement and receiving procedures, cycle count system and inventory controls.

2005-2006 - Parts Manager - Niagara Bottling LLC

Created machinery spare parts procurement system using Excel database and later incorporating into FileMaker software. Created spares tracking and consumption process, inventory level and stockroom bin system

Highlights:

2011-2012 Member of team created to sell discontinued production line and ancillary equipment. Tasks included evaluating and assigning minimum pricing for machinery, accessories, spares and technical manuals.

2010 Project Manager for replacement pallet label applicator for finished product, taking over from Engineering. Negotiated with selected vendors, managing trial installation and production level operation. Equipment selection approved and implemented at all facilities.

2008 Developed Single Sourcing concept for PPE, First Aid, Janitorial/Sanitation, mobile equipment (forklifts, manlifts) which allowed for improved supplier services, cost control and brand consistency as well as vendor reduction from duplication.

2006-2007 - Oracle EBS 11i eAM Implementation

Primary procurement and inventory member on Oracle software integration and implementation team. Created and implemented training sessions for users at plant level, corporate and department level. Created self-guided tutorials for Purchasing, Inventory and Requisition modules of software. Created and maintained purchasing approval hierarchy for all departments. Created and formatted 7,000+ parts database including item detail, pricing and categorizations.
