Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport
Hired to oversee completion of total renovation and open this non branded hotel as a Crowne Plaza. Hired all new management team and associates. Implemented policy and procedure, human resource and fire and safety manuals. Very active in pre opening sales for this previously non branded hotel with 238 rooms and 16,000 square feet of banquet and meeting space. Essentially served as the management company.

Radisson Hotel Sharon
Serving in a task force capacity, was sent to stabilize a much disengaged staff for this 153 room hotel with 10,000 square feet of banquet and meeting space with two restaurants and high energy lounge. We had to assess present management team, make changes and gain the respect of associates. By interviewing one on one and in department meetings, expecting and inspecting, changed the overall atmosphere of the hotel which immediately impacted guest scores and associate scores.

The Aurora Inn
Pursued and hired back by Richfield Hospitality Services to manage this 70 room boutique resort hotel with swim and tennis club. Located 1 mile from Sea World of Ohio. In F&B, revenues were equivalent to rooms with a fine dining destination restaurant and banquet facility. The hotel was sold and I was retained by Mario's' International to manage the transition.

The ability to react to fast changes in house count was always a challenge while ensuring guest satisfaction. Served two presidential candidates.
