I was hired through a Quality Staffing to fulfill the position as Shipping Clerk at Elk River. My day started with putting the daily shipment in the system to begin processing pick tick printing. After printing my pick ticks I processed the packing slips. I pulled product from inventory to be shipped out to customers thru UPS Worldship and FED EX. Printed two pick tick reports per day, morning shipment and afternoon shipment. Once shipments were completed I put away daily stock shipments that came in. I also put together fall protection kits for inventory.

January 2009 -- July 2011 Returned to Keystone as a Branch Administrative Clerk. Job duties included, processing daily paperwork for 9 Route Salesman and 9 Delivery Drivers. This included processing credits on canceled invoices and any price adjustments notated by the Route Salesman/Drivers and processing daily payments against all invoices from daily deliveries. Job duties also included daily check in of all Route Salesman/Drivers as they returned each evening, verifying there paperwork was correct, verifying monies collected against invoices were correct and giving the final signoff of paperwork and monies returned, releasing the Route Salesman/Drivers of their responsibility for monies returned. Responsibilities also included all counter sales from walk in customers and verifying the cash register at the end of the day.
August 2007 -- August 2008 Returned to Keystone as a Warehouse Worker. Responsibilities included the Material Review Board, in which I help to determine the disposition of defective returned product, pulling parts for Route deliveries, all shipping and receiving for UPS and LTL freight and daily check in of all Route Salesman as they returned each evening, verifying there paperwork was correct, verifying monies collected against invoices were correct and giving the final signoff of paperwork and monies returned, releasing the Route Salesman of their responsibility for monies returned. In May 2007 I was promoted to an Inside Sales Rep, responsible for handling incoming customer calls, taking customer orders and processing orders, making cold calls on potential customers and customers currently buying to grow sales.
