Mr. Lim studied Finance with an emphasis on Real Estate at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. He began his career as a residential appraiser moving on to commercial properties in the early 1990s. His expertise covers various properties types including office buildings, industrial projects, mobile home parks, motels/hotels, retail developments, apartments, commercial land, restaurants, gas stations, churches, shopping centers, nursing homes and other specialized properties such as proposed projects and leasehold valuations. He has also provided services for desk reviews and expert witness testimony. His appraisals have included properties throughout Southern California from the High Desert to the Calexico border. He has also appraised properties in Central California, Nevada and Utah. Mr. Lim’s clients are primarily large regional and national lenders; however, he also provides services to attorneys, accountants and private individuals.
