We’re a family-owned business. Dave Bond has been doing appraisal work exclusively since 1985. Jim Bond joined him in 1992, when they opened a new office. Their work has taken them to many parts of Massachusetts, as well as Rhode Island and New Hampshire, but they now concentrate on .

Jim Bond has been an appraiser and assessor since 1992, working at several residential appraisal offices and the Town of Mashpee, as well as Bond & Company. He is also associated in commercial appraising with the Lane Valuation Group, Inc., of Hingham, MA, valuing commercial multi-use properties, larger rental apartment buildings, and residential subdivisions throughout eastern Massachusetts.
