Department Head Remington, Vernick and Beach Engineers ( 2008-12)

Headed Inspection department for an Engineering Firm that oversaw Private, Commercial, and Capitol projects for various townships in Pa. Performed inspections to make sure projects were conforming to all piping design and construction criteria. Controlled scheduling and did all Bond Reductions and Payment Certificates. Handled 20 to 30 Million Dollars worth of Projects.

Owner/Operator Oakmont Maintenance Company (1995 to 2008 and 2010 to 2012 )

Managed a small but very successful construction/ maintenance company.

Orchestrated all facets of company operations including; estimating, scheduling, hiring, firing, and quality control.

~ Managed projects from $200,000 up to $3 million.

~ Worked for clients ranging from home owners to Wal-Mart & Home Depot.

Project Manager/Estimator Innovative Nationwide Builders (1993-1995)

Managed projects from start to finish, incorporating building procedures to meet the time critical nature of the work. Utilized various methods of new construction techniques to achieve timely construction turnover.

from estimating to hands-on completion.

District Supervisor Sealtec (1988-1993)

Supervised on site job operations in the tri-state area dealing with high pressure industrial piping. Responsible for measuring and design standards of engineered clamps and enclosures for sealing process. Also inspections for overall plant safety, making sure all systems met all applicable codes.

Training for NICET (National Institute for the Certification of Engineering Technologies.) Level 1&2

~Hazmat and OSHA certifications in dangerous industrial settings.

~Worked in most Steel Mills, Chemical Plants, Power Plants and Oil Refineries on east coast
