Started with this company as an Accounts Rep in their collections department. As a collector I reconciled delinquent accounts, strategically trouble-shooting in order to bring the customer current on their delinquent accounts, and in some cases put them back into their vehicle with the highest level of respect and care to the customer. Some time later I took a lateral position with the Accnts Payable division, while there I paid all invoices to specific maintenance vendors, such as parking lots, retention ponds, lighting, etc. While with the payables division I worked side by side with other departments and overseers to ensure the invoices were paid in a timely matter, including some invoices that took trouble-shooting and creative problem solving to find the error or issue as to why an invoice hadn't been paid. In both of these positions I communicated with thousands of renters and vendors via emails and phone calls daily to ensure quality and satisfaction to both my clients and my company.
