Technical Adviser

April 2007-In a fast pasted inbound State Fleet call center. I answered calls, set maintenance appointments, worked with the vendors to insure a professional and long lasting working relationship.

2009- With the addition of adding Agency Owned vehicles to the program. I was promoted to floor Team Leader over 6 other call associates, additional job responsibilities included but not limited to maintaining a spreed sheet to show the state monies saved, an Accident book (recording all vehicle Accidents, Incidents and Vandalisms.) turned in Invoice's for payment, filed, faxed, some data entry, recruited and maintained professional relationships with new vendors.

2010-to Current. Promoted to Gas-Technical Adviser, additional duties now include but not limited to, running Mitchell on Demand (to assure accurate pricing), approval limits of up to $3500.00 (Depending on the maintenance needed and the Department), key invoices for accounts payable, assist the floor Team Leader (with any problems or issues customers or vendors may have), work directly with Agency/State head representatives.
