Honest, hard worker for dirt cheap
Date: ****-**-24, 5:51PM *****************@*****.***
Worked on a diverse farm for 13 years, and I'm not afraid to work so hard that I make others look lazy. Wide variety of skills collected during my life.
Farm improvement and diversification planning. Helping you make more money and get more use out of what you already have. Adding more value to your current products, and making more products from what you have.
Excellent with horses, trained and started for 6 years. Good with animals and stock in general. Anything from diagnosing and taking care of the sick to cleaning (or building) stalls, starting a youngling or working with a problem horse, tack cleaning, barn organizing, roof repair, just about everything around the stable or barn. Dairy Farm experience also.
Riding instruction. Bareback, english and western.
Greenhouse, hothouse and floatbed construction and maint. Year round garden production.
Mycology experience. Grow more mushrooms than you and your 100 closest friends can eat.
Field crop and pasture maint/landscaping experience. Make it healthier, make it look great, and get more from it.
Composting, organics, and naturally grown experience.
Painting, both interior and exterior. (Not scared of heights)
Can operate a wide variety of equipment. Skidsteer, Bobcat, backhoe, bulldozer, tractors, pressure washer...more things than I can list.
Fence repair, building, and clearing.
Many more skills than would be reasonable to list on here...
Whether you need an every weekend hand to clean the stables and care for the critters, someone for a random odd job, or just have a really terrible task that you would rather not do, I'd be happy to take care of that.
I would also be happy to come out to your farm and just discuss your farm with you, to assist you in seeing possible new ways of improvement, labor/time saving, adding income from what you have already, and other income generating possibilities.
Times are hard and Money is thin. Generating that extra income from nothing can make all the difference.
Willing to travel for a considerable distance.
Willing to work very long hours if necessary, inside or out, weather doesn't matter.
Willing to trade for numerous things since we just moved here, and are still semi done furnishing.
I prefer to work by the task and not by the hour. You tell me what you would like to have done and what you would like to pay or trade.
Also VERY HAPPY to accept farm produce... meat, milk, eggs, and other farm fresh goodies, as trade.
Contact by e-mail with interest ((to weed out the odd)) and we can continue by phone.
Thanks and have a good one,
J.
