Provide contractor support to the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) based out of Fort Leavenworth, KS. The program provides realistic training environments through various simulations to train senior commanders and their staffs in order to prepare their units for combat or deployment situations. Collect information from the simulation, simulation operators, other analysts and military evaluators, and provide doctrinal guidance and trend analysis as required. Develop products for formal and informal After Action Reviews (AARs). Primary liaison during preparation of exercises between military and contractors by traveling to exercise sites in order to identify simulation facility, ensure facility meets training requirements, coordinate travel for contractors, and organize the simulation parameters.
