Duties

Complete Operations and Laboratory Analysis of the Water Treatment Facility. Maintained State Laboratory Certification in Wet Chemistry and Microbiology in order to perform record analysis. Managed plant flow and treatment processes through the SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system in order to maintain adequate water levels for fire safety and customer usage. Determined and adjusted well configurations based on water system demand. Monitored wastewater lift station wet well levels through plant SCADA system. Monitored Electric Department SCADA System. 2009-Present.

My duties include:

Supervise the sludge wasting schedule through a local septic hauler.

Instruct maintenance personnel about proper plant maintenance such as; scraping clarifier walls for proper sludge collection and return.

During my weekly inspections I scrape clarifier walls, make necessary adjustments, monitor sludge characteristics and issue an inspection report to maintenance personnel with any suggestions.
