To whom it may concern:
I am writing this letter of recommendation for Mr. Jerry Woods. I am a Front Line Supervisor in Operations for ExxonMobil Chemical, BMCP/BCSP. I am also Operations Hiring Team Coordinator. I have been a supervisor for 14 years. As of April 01, 2006, I accumulated 29 years of service.
Jerry Woods was a long time co-worker with me for over 20 years. I have worked along side of Jerry and also supervised Jerry during the 20 plus years at ExxonMobil Chemical. I regret that Jerry left our organization to achieve further avenues in his working career. Jerry was and is a very ambitious, hard working individual that excels in all that he does. Jerry is a safe worker; he pays attention to detail and stays within his budget. Jerry successfully worked numerous jobs and on different units and became a Good Lead Operator over our Catalyst Unit. Because of the young Supervision Group that we have at our facility, Jerry wouldn't have had a chance for advancement at our site until much later in life. He wanted more than what we could offer, so he resigned to explore different employment avenues. As I mentioned, I regret that Jerry left our organization. He was a key Team Player.
Jerry Woods will make a good employee for any organization and you will be glad to have him on board. He is quick to learn and is flexible.
Thanks for your time.
