A Biographical Sketch

Jeremy and Faith s stories have been very similar in that they both

grew up in very broken homes yet still had a few individuals that o ered

strong spiritual in uences that led them to Christ. The two married over

ten years ago after Jeremy returned from his internship at Rockford

Masters Commission, and they quickly took their rst position as youth

pastors in Clanton, AL. Over the next 7 years God once again showed

himself faithful as the church exploded into the fastest growing

Assembly of God church in the state and Faith gave birth to their three

wonderful boys.

After a wonderful tenure in Alabama, the Lord opened their

hearts, as well as the right door, for the family to take a position in

Adrian, MI where Jeremy has served as the Executive Pastor for the past

three years. His role at the church covers many facets including;

teaching, preaching, sta ng, nances, outreach, marketing, and

Christian Education. His strengths in communication and strategic

planning, along with a team of dynamic leaders, has help lead Bethany

A/G into the categories of the fastest growing Assemblies church in the

US and top 100 churches overall according to Outreach Magazine.

The Godwin family is very passionate about reaching the un-

churched and de-churched, whatever the cost. Faith currently oversees

the women's ministry at Bethany and is involved in a coaching role to

pastor s wives across the country. Together they both share a sincere

passion for couples, young adults, leadership development, and building

healthy churches that will impact their surrounding communities.

Jeremy and Faith are a very transparent couple who share a love

for life that is evident in their passions for quality family time as well as

ministry. As a family they enjoy traveling, being outdoors, motorcycles,

and just simply being together.
