Results oriented IT Project Management Engineer with over 14 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) and telecommunications industry supporting the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of State (DoS), Intelligence community and commercial sector. Experienced in the full IT life cycle process, some of my experiences include:

Detailed requirements analysis, design and engineering of existing and future IT equipment and services..

Implementation, securing, activation and documentation of IT equipment and services.

O&M, proactive monitoring, trouble shooting and upgrade (tech refresh) of legacy IT resources and services.

Just recently managed a team, to include myself, to survey, procure, install, activate and document a 5 site technology refresh project in the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Led the highly successful design, implementation and project management of a wide area Optical Transport System (OTS) and Data Communication Network (DCN) in the EUCOM AOR.

Collaborated with various equipment vendors to test the functionality and interoperability of new software releases and equipment with existing network elements. Briefed and demonstrated test scenarios and results to senior Government decision makers throughout DISA.

Led design and management of all circuit actions on an extensive ATM backbone network providing IP services.

Provided in theater engineering and project management support for combat communications networks supporting the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) during Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) in Baghdad Iraq

Conducted second tier troubleshooting support for the DISA Global Network Support Center (GNSC) supporting worldwide communications for the DoD and military. Provided on call support to the GNSC 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
