Outback Steakhouse: Dynamic Website, Mobile, iPhone, Android App Worked as a QA analyst on the development team under a high-pressure deadline. Performed end-to-end and use case testing. Reviewed, validated, created, and closed, test cases in the project management system.

State of Georgia: Website Analyzed use case specifications for the sites new search integration with SharePoint. Performed end-to-end testing to insure the feature functioned as intended. Lane Tobacco: Website Worked closely with the project manager and developer as a QA analyst on the redesign of the clients website.

Food Lion, Bottom Dollar Foods Used Google Adwords for keyword research and competitive keyword analysis and prepared findings for SEO manager.

Walgreens Worked directly with the project manager as SEO researcher for an Endeca ad campaign. Created keyword database for the campaign based on research.

Kia: Website Assisted the Director of UX in performing a heuristic evaluation on Kia s current website.
