Cortina Productions Production Coordinator/Assistant (September, 2012 to Present)

- Assisted in all elements of preproduction and project management for Cortina s contracts with the U.S. Army. Duties included but were not limited to:

Stock footage research, acquisition, and archive management.

Acquisition of rental equipment, releases, and Non-Disclosure Agreements, as well as the organization of all in-house production team assets and shoot resources.

Scheduling and oversight of production meetings and site walks.

Assumed role of casting director, drafting all casting calls, managing/taping auditions, and handling all follow up dealings with actors.

Using Final Cut Pro, edited audition clips for in-house review and prepared deliverables for AMVID clients.

- Produced promotional content. Worked with clients to capture the essence of their brand and broadcast their message to their user base. Duties included treatments, script development, project management, negotiations, contracts, and field producing.
