My aunt owns a catering business in Florida and I was down there most of the year helping her run it while we took care of my grandfather who had a stroke earlier in the year. We catered to weddings and corporate parties mostly. I did everything from booking the events to bus the tables. Lots of multitasking.

Aladdin's Eatery in Mentor is a wonderful Lebanese restaurant in Mentor. We serve everything from hummus to raw juices and smoothies. Aladdin's leans toward serving their guests simple, healthy food.
Bounce Night Club 11/10 to 06/11

Bounce is a bar and nightclub right outside downtown Cleveland. They do have a kitchen and serve food from 5-11 P.M every day of the week. Bounce has a theme for every night of the week and crazy events happening several times a month. I also worked security one or two times a week as well.
Dockers 06/10 to 10/10
Bartender and Server
Dockers is located on Kelley's Island and is both a marina and a restaurant. Unfortunately work on the island is only seasonal and I wasn't able to work there but four months or so. Located right on the lake front with live music every weekend we were constantly buisy.
Olivor Twist Martini Bar 07/09 to 11/09

Olivor Twist is an upscale high- end martini bar with a full-scale immaculate food menu. Located in the heart of downtown Willoughby O. Twist stayed amazingly busy and kept you on your toes at all hours of the shifts. Voted best martinis in Cleveland for 2009 in Cleveland's own scene magazine. I had to work corporate parties and learn to make over 50 martinis and pour from over 75 bottles of wine
Chop's Grille and Tap house 02/08 to 08/08

Chop'swas a family owned restaurant with atmosphere of both a sports bar and a family restaurant. I did everything from the regular server side work to helping with dishes.
Houlihan's Restaurant 03/05 to 10/07
Bartender and Server
Houlihan's is a fairly big corporate restaurant. Bartending was a bit more tedious. Like some restaurants, Houlihan's had plenty of specially made drinks that were only made there. As a bartender you have to keep track of tabs, know your pours, and act under a certain amount of pressure.
Education: Land O' Lakes High School 1998 to 2002- Varsity wrestling team, varsity weightlifting team. Graduated with a 3.3 GPA. Studied at the University of South Florida for one year.
