Went over owners manual pointing out all the new technology in their new vehicle.(Active park assist, adaptive cruise etc)

Talked about Fords road side assistance program

Discussed the importance of Scheduled Maintenance and the recommended products to use.

Went over DEF and the additives for the new diesels

Set up and activated customers Sync acct. If they had no email, I would make them one.
