Leads development of CAE courseware development process to coordinate efforts of subject matter experts, instructional system designers and courseware developers to synchronize Training Management Systems. Ensures CAE courseware complies with host nation ISD standards while following ADDIE model. Responsible for gap analysis, training objective development, instructional system design, configuration management and production timeline for projects in execution and for contract proposals. Developed analyst training program. Coordinated the hiring of four fellow aircrew members. Manager for USAF KC-135 Crew Resource Management course. Directed planning efforts for Air Mobility Commands wartime contingency response forces, managing $1B budget for planning, coordination and execution of more than 25,000 sensitive and classified airlift missions annually. Oversaw 58 officers tasked with planning all support functions for Operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, and Pacific Area of Operation. Managed airlift assets following 9-11 attacks, providing protection for President, Cabinet and Congressional leaders.
