In my twenty six year career with the United States Postal Service, I have been recognized and awarded for being a dedicated and outgoing individual who produces amazing results from any task given. As a Customer Service Representative, I was selected to conduct classes to educate and empower Window Technicians to improve Mystery Shopper scores. As a result, the District received a 100 percent score on the Mystery Shopper Program. While working in the Accounting Department, I was instrumental in achieving the processes required to migrate to Shared Services, which saved our company nine million dollars. After my career in Accounting, I was selected by the POS One Coordinator and Headquarters to assist with transferring accountability for over 50 offices. After a very successful transformation in record time, I was recognized at a celebratory dinner and presented with a certificate. As a Human Resources Specialist, I was requested to assist the Transition Coordinator with Employee Benefit Fairs to inform employees of new processes for accessing Compensation and Benefits. I was responsible for training over 10,000 employees on accessing their Personnel information via the internet or telephone connections. As a result, I was presented with a monetary award and was selected to conduct new employee training for all career employees.
