Led the creation and development of the financial infrastructure to launch Lenovo

Mexico, reaching the right operation and getting satisfactory results in a corporate audit

as well as in 4 external audits, during the 2005 2009 periods.

Developed and implemented a new business partner's collection process, improving the

cash flow of the company from 60 days to 9 days; what allowed the company a faster

generation of the cash flow, and more efficient collection process maintaining at a

Led the creation and development of the financial infrastructure to manage Accounts

Payable and cash flow process of the Lenovo Centro Tecnologico: Lenovo Manufacturing plant

Developed and implemented the expense managerial system, assigning targets by

responsibility area and expense concept getting annual savings of $250 kdlls during 2007 -
