Also responsible for procurement of consultant and contractor services, including bidding and contract preparation (private and public CFD), budget and schedule management and monitoring of field construction activities for 1,000 home sites annually in the Orange County and Inland Empire marketplaces.

Duties included Project management, field construction management and site superintendence for infrastructure improvements for various residential and commercial sites in Riverside, Los Angeles and Kern Counties.
