Responsible for the daily operation of the 1 million square foot McKinley Mall in Buffalo, New York and three Retail Shopping Centers totaling 450,000 square feet located in Florida. Oversee Operations, Collections, Litigation, Leasing, Marketing, Tenant Coordination, Construction, Security, Customer Service and Public Relations.

Maintain full occupancy of vacant in-line mall space exceeding annual budgetary goals each year. Implemented property specific business plan with particular focus on increasing sales, reducing and controlling costs and maximizing income.
