Fabrication

My duties working for Firestone was, To perform different task such as making panels that

are one of a kind. We would use tools such as drills, hammer, tape measure, bending bars.

All the tools are used to bend panels to shape them to there dimensions to apply them to the

wall. Then we would build the crate to ship out the panels to there designation.

My duties as a RF gun operator was to use different programs, to perform different tasks

such as moves, to put away's or drops. Moves is to use the rf gun and move a item to a

designated location. Put away's is to move a item and tell the computer you want the item in

a carousel. That tells the computer more boxes can come down the conveyor, to one of the

ten locations. Packing is putting everything in the box and to wrap everything so it will not

brake. Shipping is when boxes come down a line, they need to go to different locations and

you have to write or print the location out and stick them to the box. Not including stacking

them in the truck. Inventory control is when i use the rf gun to move new shipment to

locations to refill the items so they are replenished. Cnc Operator is a big computer that has

2 monitors 83 shelves which holds items, There are six big motors plus more a conveyor it

is a complicated peace of machinery.

Janitor

My duties as a janitor, was to clean class rooms to the facilities requirements. Use heavy

duty motorized power washers to clean bathrooms. which pumped out five gallons a minute.

I would clean tables, white boards,trash,sweep,dust. Just make a clean environment for the

kids.

My duties working at the Hilton. Dishwasher was to clean dishes by the hundreds cups,

pots, pans, forks, spoons, glasses. there is 2 tempitures to clean with the dishwasher

glasses have one and pots pans forks on the other. Anything the chefs needed cleaned,

Then replace them to there specified location. Take any none used material out. clean my

work area, polishing any silver that needed to be polished. Porter is when they call me about

a problem with guests i would go and help them turn on the coffee pot change out items that

where broke help out the housekeepers Houseman is when i go to all the rooms before

the housekeepers and take off sheets, pillows, trash, soap, towels and do it all day long, to

make it easy for the housekeepers.
