Practice and Professional Experience
Clint advises emerging businesses and entrepreneurs in the areas of general business, corporate finance, and trademark, copyright and licensing. Clint’s practice also focuses on renewable energy, hydroelectric, energy infrastructure and other complex development projects. Prior to joining Karnopp Petersen LLP, Clint practiced in San Francisco, California where he represented clients in matters involving breach of contract, antitrust, unfair competition, intellectual property, and general business and real estate matters.
Prior to beginning private practice, Clint served as a clerk at the Oregon Court of Appeals for the Honorable Rives Kistler (currently Justice Kistler of the Oregon Supreme Court) and as an extern for Justice Sue Leeson at the Oregon Supreme Court. He also served as a Legislative Aid in the Office of Senator Max Baucus in Washington, D.C.
