Operations Manager, Rainbow International of Wheeling
Wheeling, Illinois June 2012 - Current
As Operations Manager for Rainbow International, I deal directly with clients, as well as, with insurance companies such as Allstate, Statefarm and Liberty Mutual to quickly and effectively handle all water & fire loses. This includes; explaining the scope of work to the client, explaining all forms and retrieving signatures on each, drawing up sketches of each location with accurate measurements, calculating the amount of equipment needed, explaining the scope of work and process needed to the team of 10 employees and making sure that every minute is used effectively. I then use all gathered information and enter it to the Xactimate/Xactanalysis program for all estimates and remain in constant contact with insurance companies to make sure all claims are paid in a timely manner.
I also oversee the Carpet Cleaning division of Rainbow International. This includes initially visiting each and every clients location, whether residential or commercial, getting an idea of what kind of cleaning services they are interested in and attempting to up-sell a few more, explaining all cleaning processes, pricing, and answering any questions the client may have. After these steps are completed, I then explain to the team what equipment is needed and make sure all work is done in a careful, yet, timely manner.

Jon-Don sells a wide range of commercial and residential cleaning and restoration equipment and chemicals. As an Inside Sales Representative for Jon-Don, I handled all face to face customer direct sales and concerns. Having a knowledge of every product that was sold in the store, I could effectively teach the customer the right chemicals and machinery to use for their specific application or problem.
