Albert Aguilar, RPL President
Albert is an owner and President of DeltaCore Energy, Inc., an oil and gas brokerage based out of Oklahoma City, OK, formed
with his two brothers, Adam and Alex, in May of 2012. With nine years of experience as a landman, Albert has developed an
extremely broad knowledge of the industry and is proficient in numerous aspects of Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, Colorado, and
Arkansas Title, along with a vast cognition of contract and real property law.
Receiving his RL certification in the fall of 2008, Albert later earned his RPL certification in the summer of 2011, and aspires to
obtain the accolade of CPL in 2013. Albert attended the University of Oklahoma and is currently pursuing a degree in
Organizational Leadership at the University of Central Oklahoma. Albert is an active member of AAPL, OCAPL (Oklahoma City
Association of Professional Landmen), and YPE (Young Professionals in Energy) Oklahoma City Chapter, holding an active role
on the YPE Leadership Team beginning in 2012.
Adam Aguilar, RL Executive Vice President
Adam is an owner and Executive Vice President of DeltaCore Energy, Inc. With nearly eight years of experience as a
Petroleum Landman, he became well-versed in all aspects of the land services side of the Oil and Gas Industry, especially as a
Title Landman, his main area of expertise. Adam was a landman for a well-known Oklahoma oil and gas brokerage from 2005
to 2011, and was the company Title Manager from 2006 to 2011. During this time, he was responsible for providing constant
guidance for all Title Landmen and maintaining the quality of each section examined. This allowed Adam to gain experience
in forty-eight of the seventy-seven counties in Oklahoma, as well as six Kansas counties, five Arkansas counties, and extensive
work throughout the Texas Panhandle. His responsibilities also included constant communication & collaboration with field
Crew Chiefs in a collective effort to keep all Title, Leasing, and Client Drilling efforts cohesive and on schedule for more than
twenty prospects at a time. Adam has also been involved in, and at times led, due diligence efforts for various client
acquisitions with total asset valuations of nearly $200 million.
Adam received his RL certification in the summer of 2011 and is currently working toward his RPL certification which will be
completed in July of 2012. He is also an active member of AAPL, OCAPL (Oklahoma City Association of Professional
Landmen), and the YPE (Young Professionals in Energy) Oklahoma City Chapter.
Alex Aguilar Executive Vice President
Alex Aguilar is an owner and Executive Vice President of DeltaCore Energy, Inc. Alex graduated from the University of Central
Oklahoma in 2007, where, along with excelling in academics, he was a three year Captain and All-American for the UCO
Football team. He is also one out of four players in the history of the school s football program to be named an All-Conference
Player four years in a row. After earning his degree, Alex decided to follow in the footsteps of his two older brothers, Adam
and Albert, and began his career as a Petroleum Landman, initially working for the same brokerage firm as Adam. During the
past five years, Alex focused on developing himself as a landman and familiarizing himself in all facets of the position. He
oversaw various prospects and was heavily involved in both the leasing and title work for the following areas: Texas
Panhandle; Roger Mills, OK; Eagle Ford Shale (Karnes County, Victoria County, Gonzales County). Alex was also the Project
Manager for prospects in the Mississippi Play in Southeast Kansas from 2010 to 2011. Moreover, he also worked alongside
Adam on the aforementioned due diligence projects.
Alex will take the assessment for his RPL certification during the summer of 2012. He is also an active member of AAPL,
OCAPL (Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landmen), and the YPE (Young Professionals in Energy) Oklahoma City
Chapter.
