Currently I am employed in the medical devices industry which involves dealer development throughout a 7 state area for a new entrant into the US marketplace. This was to be an interim position until I would be able to re-establish my career path. However, this company is a new entrant into the US market, and is a small medical device manufacturing company. I was just told that they are eliminating direct field sales in the US market as of October 31, 2012.

They will try to establish regional distributors and installers throughout the US, and as a result, are eliminating all direct sales and marketing positions and all support functions after two years in the US. After a year in the field, I have many solid references in this industry, and will furnish upon request.

My Masters degree in Business Organizational Management adds value to my selling style and presentation to all levels of the buying chain. I can focus on the prospects' issues on many levels from a CXX position to operational and technical levels.

My background has been primarily in technical sales in transportation, security asset tracking space, and technical sales in hospitality and hospital sectors.

My last position was with ARGO Tracker, a start up electronics manufacturing company, and unfortunately they lost the startup venture capital funding after 3 A years in product development. As a result, it closed its doors in August of 2007. The recent gap in my work history was due to several unfortunate family health circumstances that I had to address and manage for several years as well as a death in our family that also required much of my time for managing estate issues. I was the only person in the family who could deal with these unfortunate events. This was a tough period, but that is all behind me now.
